Following the recent Kudusi leadership transition, we have outlined a clear roadmap to execute our core initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and advance our educational, cultural, and youth development goals. This two-part series details our Strategic Action Plan for the next 6-12 months.
Post-Conference Reflection
To capture insights and celebrate achievements, we are scheduling a facilitated dialogue session with board members, elders, and youth. We will develop a "Conference Impact Report" and present recognition awards to key volunteers who made our last gathering a success.
Educational Continuity
We are committed to delivering the full learning experience by rescheduling key workshops that were missed. This includes:
- Leadership and Career Workshops
- Research Presentations (e.g., "Skeletal Muscle Paralysis" by Arab Ibrahim)
- Recording academic presentations for our online Educational Portal
Masarak Language Revival
Depending on instructor availability, we are resuming the Masarak language classes (Levels 1 & 2). This remains a cornerstone of our cultural mission, ensuring our linguistic heritage is passed down to both youth and adults under a well-structured curriculum.
Sponsoring Religious Education
We are launching an introductory religious education session in collaboration with a known Sheikh. This 6-month program will provide accessible foundational knowledge to our youth and interested individuals.
Mentorship Program Expansion
We are revamping our mentorship system to better track progress and measure success. Our goal is to help mentees secure scholarships, university acceptances, and meaningful career opportunities through digital tracking and quarterly "Scholarship Readiness" workshops.
