Kudusi Strategic Vision Part 2: Growth & Global Impact

Kudusi Board

Building on our foundational goals, the second part of our Strategic Action Plan focuses on expansion, economic empowerment, and global reach.

Office of Business & Entrepreneurship

This newly established office will collaborate with young entrepreneurs, connecting them with expertise and funding. We plan to host quarterly Business Start-Up Bootcamps and guide students toward grants and competitions to launch sustainable businesses.

Youth Engagement

To ensure no young person feels isolated, we are launching a tailored recruitment process for both degree holders and non-degree holders. A "Youth Welcome Kit" and quarterly leadership roundtables will actively integrate those who may feel disconnected from community initiatives.

State Chapters Launch

We are expanding our reach by launching the first two Kudusi State-chapters on the East Coast. These semi-autonomous chapters will provide local networking spaces for intergenerational connections and cultural activities.

Global Reach: Refugee Camp Initiative

Extending our mission internationally, we are launching a Kudusi Chapter in Chadian refugee camps. Phase 1 focuses on educational services for orphans and displaced children, with a long-term vision of providing higher-level career and scholarship support.

Sustainability & Partnerships

To ensure financial sustainability, we are forming a designated Grants & Sponsorship Team tasked with securing external funding. Additionally, we will host a "Community Collaboration Summit" to strengthen partnerships with other nonprofits and coordinate our humanitarian services.
